She Space International

She Space International (SSI) is a unique, international educational program to introduce 14-16 year old girls to the exploration of our own planet with the use of satellite data to promote interest in remote sensing.

During multiple events between January and June 2023, the students were exposed to cutting-edge academic research and had the opportunity to work on a specific research project by using satellite imagery.

The program is managed by the scientific NPOC and is part of the Swiss TecLadies initiative.
